What’s harder than a candied apple, a plank of wood, and the Great Wall of China combined? Apparently, Halle Berry’s abs (or at least, that’s how they look!). The actress, 53, posted a photo of her serious six-pack on Instagram this afternoon.

Halle captioned the photo, “Happy #FitnessFriday, everyone! There’s no better feeling than setting a goal and smashing it. One of my goals for #BruisedTheMovie? Ripped Abs – and today? I finally got them, and it feels unbelievable!”

Both fans and celebs rushed to comment on Halle’s super fit bod. Actress Vivica Fox wrote, “YAASS! U DID THAT ISH! 🤗🙆🏾‍♀️🤑🖤💖” While professional fighter Pearl Gonzalez said, “Yassss.. Looking amazing #Queen! #lifegoals.”

Halle went on to share some words of encouragement for her followers telling them to, “Set the BAR higher than you think, share your goal in the comments and HOLD yourself to it. The work won’t be easy, but that pay off? Worth every damn second.”

She concluded her post by telling fans to “put that inner-warrior to the test!”

Halle is currently preparing for her role in Bruised, where she’ll direct and play Jackie “Justice,” an MMA fighter. In her Instagram post, Halle thanked her performance coach Mubarak Malik, who helped her craft those seriously sculpted abs.

Halle also shared a bit of their workout for the movie on her Instagram story, which included kettlebell squat presses (three sets of 10 reps) and kettlebell swings (three sets of 15 reps).
