Robbie Williams reunited with his former band Take That on The X Factor’s grande finale on Sunday night.

Stepping away from his role as a judge on the current season, Robbie joined the group to mark their 30th anniversary.

Mark Owen, Howard Donald and – also once an X Factor judge – Gary Barlow linked up with Robbie for a white-tuxedo’d rendition of hits Shine and Everything Changes.

The performance thrilled fans of Take That, who have been treated to on/off reunions by Robbie and the rest of the group over the years, despite Robbie leaving the band in 1995.

But as the songs came to an end, host Dermot O’Leary took to the stage to interview the quartet, making a blunder when he mentioned absent fifth member Jason Orange, who sensationally quit the band in 2014.
