After nearly 12 years of marriage “Law & Order” creator Dick Wolf is reportedly splitting from his third wife Noelle Lippman.
Wolf, 72, filed court documents asking for a legal separation from the “Almost Blue” actress on Dec. 3, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
Wolf, repped by Los Angeles lawyers Joe Kibre and Jacqueline Misho, allegedly claims in the filing that there is a prenuptial agreement, according to the website.
In response to Wolf’s request for separation, his wife filed her own documents asking for a legal separation on Friday. Lippman is asking for spousal support, according to the documents.
The couple shares two children, who are eight and 11.
Wolf’s lawyer, Joe Kibre, told the website, “The lawyers for the parties are in the process of negotiations.”
Previously Wolf was married to Susan Scranton, and Christine Marburg, who he finalized his divorce with after a 12-year legal battle.
